Senior SEM Account Manager wanted for a brilliant digital agency!
This progressive and collaborative agency is undergoing a period of impressive growth and are now looking for a talented senior digital account handler to join the team and help deliver campaigns across all search marketing (SEO, PPC, PR, Link Building) for their diverse portfolio of clients.
They're particularly focused on the e-commerce sector, however there are some LeadGen clients too so that would be an advantage!
What they're looking for:
- Experience in managing and growing client relationships in an agency environment and working with big-budget campaigns.
- Manage client communication via emails and video calls providing exceptional customer service in client meetings.
- Supervise the creation of weekly and monthly client reports.
- Analyse campaign performance in SEO and PPC.
- Have commercial acumen and awareness of how impactful a campaign has been.
- Manage internal teams being the mid-point between the technical experts and the clients ensuring they meet predefined KPIs.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of each channel within search marketing (SEO, PPC, PR, Link Building) and able to translate that into terms clients will understand.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and associated tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
