Creative Director

Creative integrated B2B agency based in Merseyside is looking for a Creative Director to join the design team. Hybrid working. This role would suit a Senior Creative who is looking to take their next step up to CD level, or someone who is at CD level already. Leading a small team of designers, you will be working across a large international client on a wide variety of projects such as branding, print, digital, video, motion, VR, AR, activations, content, events and presentation decks. This role requires someone with previous leadership & man management experience, who is commercially minded, proactive, strategic and can come up with ideas, concepts and creative vision. As a key member of the SLT, you will be client facing and involved with pitch work, client presentations and developing existing client accounts, while looking at new business opportunities with other brands. This is a great opportunity for a strategic Creative to roll their sleeves up, get stuck-in, grow & nurture the team, shape culture, inspire the creative team, lead from the front, challenge briefs and liaise with client services teams. Experience within the B2B, automotive, lubricant, energy, logistics or related sectors is advantageous - but not essential. Mid Weight Designer

Award winning marketing & communications agency based in North London is looking for a Mid Weight Designer to join their growing team! Hybrid working. Specialising in the financial sector, you will be conceptualising design solutions and working alongside an Art Director to generate solutions based on the client brief. You must be able to manage multiple projects & deadlines at any one time. You will need experience in both print and digital producing projects such as web design, video edits, social campaigns, online visual design, branding guidelines, marketing collateral, Powerpoint presentation designs, annual reports (print & PDF's), infographics, iconography and print ready work. Skills required include: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma (or XD or Sketch). It is key that you have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid awareness and understanding of print & digital work underpinned by core design skills in typography, colour and layout. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, ability to adhere to deadlines and staying within budget are all essential qualities for this role to make sure all projects are on-time, on-brief and on-budget.
