Award winning integrated branding agency based in Leeds is looking for a Senior Design Creative to join their creative team. Hybrid working.
This role is all about the BIG IDEA!... it's not just about great design, a great portfolio and great design rationale (although these are essential too!). It's being able to come up with a brilliant Big Idea and then being able to roll it out across all different types of media. You will need evidence of this in your portfolio.
Working in a busy design studio, you'll be working across a varied client base and applying brand touchpoints across a broad range of media! You will need a creative design background at an agency and be able to visualise your concepts and bring them to life.
Your Big Idea could be rolled out across social, video, brochures, packaging, branding and other campaigns. You will need to generate the initial concept and have the rationale behind it.
You'll be working collaboratively with the design team and guiding them through the application & implementation process - but you must be hands-on and have the ability to do this yourself when required.
