An award winning Life Sciences marketing and communications agency is searching for an inspirational Head of Delivery to blow their clients and team away!
As the Head of Delivery, you'll champion both operational and strategic guidance. Your role involves spearheading all delivery activities for our global client portfolio.
Collaborating closely with the 'Head of' team in areas such as Data, Strategy, Content, Commercial, and Account Management, you'll design a delivery journey that empowers your team to create exceptional work aligned with clients' objectives.
Your oversight extends to digital marketing, design, development, and PR, ensuring that the agency possesses the necessary processes, systems, and skills to successfully fulfil client briefs.
The ideal candidate will...
- Demonstrate proficiency in thriving within a high-performance agency setting, adept at guiding and influencing both our team and clients.
- Possess extensive expertise in successfully executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (encompassing social, content, CRO, SEO, etc.) for B2B brands on a global scale.
- Exhibit a robust comprehension of brand design and digital initiatives.
- Showcase exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey potentially intricate messages in a clear and concise manner.
- Illustrate a proven track record of effectively overseeing delivery from a global team.
- Bring experience in collaborating with a diverse team across design, development, and digital domains.
- Demonstrate involvement in leading quality and continuous improvement initiatives, responding to market dynamics and data analysis.
- Establish a track record of adeptly managing relationships with senior-level clients, coupled with a talent for retaining and expanding existing client partnerships.
- Show real-world experience in building and developing teams or departments in a high-growth service-related sector.
- Exhibit commercial acumen, coupled with an understanding of the SME landscape.
