Creative agency based in South Manchester is looking for a Creator Manager / Talent Manager to join their growing team! Hybrid working.
The Influence Team are looking for a Talent Manager to manage their rostered Creators across the fashion and beauty sectors. Your role will involve:
- Overseeing campaigns from fee negotiation through to delivery
- Handling all inbound requests for talent
- Developing and strengthening relationships with our creators
- Conducting IG and TikTok platform audits
- Shaping content & career strategy for each talent
- Building tailored sales strategies and outreach per talent
- Cultivating relationships with brands and partners
Essential experience required includes:
* Talent management
* Influencer Campaign Management
* Running brand or agency social media accounts
* Social media strategy and auditing
* Outbound sales and pitching strategy
* Creator/brand building
* Agency experience (2 years)
