We are recruiting for a Middle weight or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Freelance team!
This is to work alongside our existing team specialising in the Creative, Digital, Client Services, PR & Marketing sectors.
You must have a strong track record of developing New Business and building client relationships - this is Key to this role! Excellent communication skills are essential, and you must be comfortable with client visits and networking at industry events.

Experience of working on a Freelance desk in an agency environment is crucial for this role. An understanding of IR35 regulations, freelance payment methods and candidate compliance would also be desirable.
The ideal candidate would come from a background recruiting for the creative sector and feel confident reviewing portfolios & showreels of - Designers, Artworkers, Motion Graphic specialists and Video Editors.
