Clare has been with B&H for 7 years and works and heads up the team. She enjoys working across consumer brands- with a focus on FMCG.
Prior to B&H, Clare spent most of her career in agency side roles – working on brand activation programmes for clients such as O2, and Cadbury and Schweppes. A highlight was heading up the global sponsorship and colleague engagement programme for Cadbury’s sponsorship of London 2012.
Her passion for people and brands, as well as her personal interest in psychology led her to a career within recruitment at B&H. She is also a qualified counsellor and coach and often draws on these skills in coaching candidates across their career aspirations and journeys.
