Service Design Lead (Home Counties)A global insurance provider is looking for a new Service Design Lead to join their design and insights team, based in the Home Counties.
You will be joining a growing team of talented user-centred strategic designers.
This role will involve leading online and offline service design strategies for a variety of customer groups.
Working closely with users you will have experience; running workshops, conducting in-depth qualitative research, customer journey mapping, persona development, wire-framing through to design execution, implementation and ongoing evaluation/updating of your design strategy.
This role will involve working closely with a variety of stakeholders. You will need to have exceptional communication skills and be able to cope in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads and pressures.
With a proven background delivering innovative design solutions, this role will be split across print, digital and in-store platforms.
