We are now looking to expand our friendly, collaborative and consultative team with like-minded permanent consultants at mid-weight and junior level.
The key qualities we look for in our consultants are the ability to listen and form long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike. It’s important that you are driven but down to earth and focussed on achieving results by providing an excellent service. Our business and reputation has been built on a strong team spirit and culture where everyone works together to achieve the best outcome for our candidates and clients. It’s essential that everyone buys in to this way of thinking as an individualistic and brash approach just won’t work.
We are looking for consultants who have previous experience working as a recruiter either agency side or in-house. Alternatively, you might be working in client services or for a creative or digital studio and looking for a new challenge. Previous experience in the creative or digital sector is preferable. What is essential is that you have a passion for all things creative and digital with a natural ability to connect with people.
