Reporting to the Head of Internal Communication, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engagement during a time of wide spread change.
You will have experience of developing innovative engagement solutions in a changing environment and will be responsible for the design and facilitation of key engagement initiative aimed at influencing changes in culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to use insight, data and context to inform high quality and impactful engagement solutions. You will be managing the engagement network always insuring that all activity is aligned to that of the wider transformation team and key figures in the organisation.
