Digital Marketing Manager

Working for one of the UK’s fastest growing luxury online furniture companies with ambitious future growth plans. The Digital Marketing Manager will own all aspects of our digital strategy across PPC, search, conversion, web development, email and social media. 

· Develop and manage a full spectrum of channels: PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, CRM, CRO, Display and Retargeting
· Creating, testing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
· Optimising all channels for lead generation and customer retention and acquisition
· Developing logical marketing plans that reflect our continuous growth
· Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates partnerships
· Ensuring efficient tracking and reporting for all digital and social marketing activities, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and course-correcting where necessary
· Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
· Evaluate emerging technologies and marketing tools, identifying new opportunities to develop the channel
· Manage and work with third-party agencies
· Line management of Digital Marketing Team
