Design Manager - designer/art director - fashion retail

Looking for a new opportunity to take your design for fashion retail to work for a well known British brand? Ready to take on management and direction of a small team? Ambitious to keep breaking preconceptions? This role could be a great next step!

This high street fashion retailer with an edgy and forward-thinking direction needs a designer and art director with the hands-on skills to craft work - print and digital.

Managing and working alongside a team of 3 you will be the senior creative for all brand graphic and photographic requirements. You will be responsible for designing brand campaign work across print: look books, packaging, print ads, advertising, POS, in-store graphics and digital: website and email.

As design team manager you will be responsible for ensuring consistency of brand across all channels and will provide clear art direction and guidelines for the in-house photographic design teams.

Your folio should demonstrate a clean aesthetic with previous fashion art direction and multi-discipline design. You are likely to be someone who enjoys art and culture and whose work is influenced by these and is naturally pared back in style.

Used to working at a pace, you will be a collaborative and versatile person happy to lead and mentor and enable the team whilst leading from the front.
