Creative Director

You would be working for one of the UK’s largest 'live experiential’ agencies who are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed Creative Director to join their busy Creative Communications team.

Based in London, you will be part of a group of creative directors in Manchester, London and North America responsible for creating and selling great work as well as mentoring and supporting all creative colleagues in the department, be they in digital, ‘creative’ and film.

Key responsibilities:

• You will create winning creative proposals.
• Actively seek out innovation. Use it and share it.
• You will keep an eye open for talent and whenever we can get it, get it.
• Get out there and actively spread the word about the company, especially in the creative community.
• Get involved in social media and help to develop the agencies creative profile.
• Be open to working collaboratively with the rest of your creative partners and lead when necessary. It’s about making the work as great as it can be.

• Creatively ambitious; you believe that your best work is in front of you.
• Open, curious and willing to help any and all creatives who come to you for opinions, advice and help.
• A great presenter and motivator.
• An ability to think strategically and see how content and the creative mesh together to create the biggest impact.
