Account Director - Experiential/Retail/Pop-UpsAward-winning and growing brand experience agency are on the hunt for a retail specialist to join one of the fastest growing teams in the agency.
This role requires someone who has agency experience and is commercially astute, persuasive AND authentic and great with clients of all levels (incl global client teams). You will need to have proven experience overseeing a team who cover the logistics in creating a retail environment (overseeing build and fit out to staffing, briefing ambassadors, distribution logistics and sales reporting).
This activity generates brand awareness and revenue and so experience in both is ideal.
The perfect candidate should have significant experience of management of semi-permanent/pop up stores and more permanent retail solutions.
This is working with an innovative new concept - it’s also a restricted product so you need to be happy with that.
You would be joining a global agency with an independent feel
at a time of significant growth and opportunity. Previous experience of managing a team well is important as you will oversee a multi lingual team.
Spotting opportunities and developing business will be imperative as there is opportunity to drive significant growth with this client. Initially this role would have two Senior Account Managers reporting into them and access to a shared AE for administrative tasks. As the team is likely to grow substantially this year, this a huge opportunity for the right person.
