Job Description:

The Director of Accounts Services will play an essential role in supporting the Founder on the development and execution of generating maximum company exposure through creative marketing strategy for assigned clients. The Director must have a genuine passion for developing brands, using true initiative in order to achieve exceptional results. Impeccable client liaison skills and an established network of key contacts are essential.

• Keep an overview of the clients, pitch and secure accounts
• Suggest ideas/initiatives/ strategies to drive brand awareness
• Develop forward planning documents and strategies for brands where appropriate which will then be executed by Account Managers
• Oversee, manage and support the Account Servicing team
• Ensure positive communication with clients and international stakeholders
Participate in client meetings and calls on behalf 
• Engage in project team and external agency initiatives as needed
Be part of the executive team and ensure smooth running of projects collaborating with production and creative services teams
Manage manpower allocation for the company

Candidate should be:

• Proven experience in a Senior PR role within a luxury environment with agency and/or in-house 
• Prerequisites include strong managerial and organisational skills – together with the Founder to oversee, manage, and develop all tasks and responsibilities of Account Managers and Coordinators
• Demonstrate solid understanding of and ongoing interest in the retail and luxury industry
• A responsive and understanding approach to client management
• Able to identify communication opportunities through a pro-active approach creatively and strategically 
• Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent prioritising and time management
• Discreet, professional and articulate, with excellent communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Having a visionary and opportunistic approach to new business development
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
