(Luxury Fashion) Sales Manager - Digital Media & Creative Digital AdvertisingSales Managers with a strong track record in Media (traditional & digital) , and/or Creative Marketing & Advertising solutions, I have a role with one of the fastest growing, financial stable and strong Digital Content Publishing company that pays good basic and very good commission.
This company has doubled in size in the past 2 years, and has expanded their product offers from just digital advertising spaces (banner, etc.), native ads, into larger budget, full-range creative solutions (development of creative strategies; implementation, production, execution and management of creative campaigns
The role is a sales role, so you will need to consistently generate new businesses for the company from existing clients and/or new clients you bring in.
You will be responsible to penetrate your own network, as well as the company's existing database to bring new businesses in order to achieve assigned individual and team revenue target(s)
You will have the chance to work with a list of Editors, Producers, Creative Director, etc, and participate in strategic planning and proposal development of various types of digital advertising solutions, including but not limited to overall creative social media campaigns, social media fanpage management/maintenance, video production & board-casting, banner ads & advertising spaces, native ad marketing products, as well as full-service creative strategy development & execution
The company has an in-house creative director to help the sales team come up with tailored-made creative strategies, to help win bigger budget campaigns to maximize the earning power of the company and the sales team
You should have an extensive network across different sector, ie from advertising agencies, media agencies, and direct clients, ideally in the following sectors:
Luxury (Fashion & Life style)
You have to have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development, from digital/advertising agency or media publishers (ideally online platforms)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint & Keynote
Ambitous, business minded, ability to work under-pressure, presentable and attention to details
Excellent Cantonese and English communications skills is a must
