Japanese Speaking Digital Media/SEM Manager: In-house role

And, the Media Services team that is responsible to oversee this strategic partnership is looking to bring in another talented staff, this time they want to bring in a native Japanese speaker to help look over the Japanese market(s).

What’s the job about?

Acquire new advertisers for this gigantic platform through online marketing
drive acquisition and qualified leads for sales teams while learning and striving to become/remain one of the best online marketing platforms in the world
Be hands-on on AdWords operations: Search, Display, Video, and Social Campaigns
Handle Bid Management
Ad copywriting and testing
Keyword and targeting research
Remarketing list management
Collaborate with engineering to deliver best landing page experience for advertisers, supporting development in across 16 countries and languages in APAC, of which for you it would be Japanese
Communicate with stake holders on performance and strategies

What you need?

a University Degree, preferably in Japanese Studies, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce, new media, or related subjects
Native in Japanese, or Japanese in professional proficiency, preferably with on-the-ground living / working experience in Japan and passed N1 level exam
candidates without the N1 qualification but who had lived in Japan for years would be considered
at least 2 year hands-on working experience in using Google Adwords (having an account to management, setting up campaigns, creating ads, executing optimisations, etc.
good English written and oral communication skills (will be tested)
Knows the diffefence between match types and knows when to use which

Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
