The Job:

As a in-house media channels (Senior) Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and management of the company’s/brand’s online and offline media buying, to ultimiately enahnce brand awareness and to boost sales
You will operate in both strategic and hands-on manners at the same time
You will collaborate closely with internal (brand/marketing team, CRM team, etc.) and external teams (media agencies, etc.) to develop multi-channel campaigns to acquire new customers
Based on 1st and 3rd party data and leveraging from retargeting methodologies, develop segmentation and targeting strategies
Define and Develop brand and performance marketing goals for media agencies. Devise cross-channel tracking and performance measurement framkework and work with/monitor the agencies to ensure results are optimized
Requirements:

Degree holder with 7 to 9 years marketing/media experience; of which 4-5 years specializing in both digital (Display/SEM/Paid Social) and offline (TV/OOH) media planning and optimization
Excellent knowledge in the optimization of SEM, Display, Social, digital sales funnels and website converstion
Business-minded/entrepenerial
Passionate about the latest trends in digital marketing technologies and metholdogies
Great understadning of omni-channel media dynamics and how to develop integrated media strategies
Proven leadership skills and excellent communications skills
Foundamental knowledge in CRM preferred
Excellent English a must
