Digital Account Manager/Senior Account Manager - Independent Agency

I have an exciting opportunity here. An independent digital agency who has recorded exponential growth in revenue and number of employees in the past 2-3 years, is inviting talented individual with a passion to grow with the company.

It's a young, dynamic, and fun company, where talents with mixed/full-set skills across business and digital marketing can fully unleash their potentials. They are looking to bring someone on board at Account Manager/Senior Account Manager level, to help serve a list of clients across a very wide range of sectors.

The job:

There is a very steady in-flow of inquiries or potential clients/business, which the existing AS team is unable to cater all, so the agency is basically looking to expand their AS team on and on-going basis
In other words, you are not under pressure to always pitch for new businesses like in many other independent agencies and potentially compromising quality
Reporting to a very friendly, flexible and easy-to-work-with Account Director and indirectly reporting to the very talented Business Director(one of the co-founders of the agency), you will work with and mentor a small team of 2 to 3 x Account Executives
You will work with/collaborate with the other teams, including Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, CRM, KOL Engagement, Tech, etc.
Be the main point of contact to the digital marketing related needs of a very large bluechip clients, you will participate in the development and management of holistic digital strategies, overseeing implementation, as well as the analytics and reporting.
The agency handles a rather wide variety of clients across many sectors, they could include (but are not limited to:
Healthcare & Beauty, Luxury & Mass Fashion, Automobile, Travel & Hospitality, FMCG, Sports Brands, Entertainment & Casinos, Electronics, etc.
Staying most up-to-date with digital marketing/social media trends and topics

Are you qualified? Yes if you are/got

A degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, IT or a relevant subject coupled with at least 4 to 6 years relevant, hands-on working experience in digital marketing/advertising and account servicing, ideally from an agency environment.
Be able to demonstration excellent client servicing and presentation skills, has the ability to get sophisticated digital strategies across in ways that audience with limited knowledge in digital could easily understand
Possess an entrepreneurial mind-set; yet is able to be very hands-on on project management and delivery
Proven experience in managing a team of subordinates
Someone who can perform with minimal supervision but is a good team player
Excellent English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin
