One of the world’s largest international CRM agency is looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to lead a team focusing on Loyalty rewards projects.

• Working with a team, you will manage the daily operations of some on-going loyalty redemption program
• Driving performance analysis of the campaign and provide strategies and recommendation on the rewords programs
• Manage and keep close relationship with redemption partners
• Handle ad-hoc projects when necessary
Are you right?
• Got a Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related subjects
• At least 4 years relevant working experience in marketing, background in hotel, retail, CRM (loyalty marketing) a big plus
• eCommerce sites or redemption portals management experience is a big plus
• Agency (advertising, PR, etc.) experience a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin an added advantage
• Computer literate,; Chinese word processing essential
