Chance to work closely with a very inspiring owner/MD on regional and integrated creative projects of very nice and loyal clients to whom the agency has been working with for a long time. The job comes with an above market average salary coupled with discretionary bonus (they call it profit sharing).
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the (Group) Account Director, you will cooperate with a team of around 4 account servicing pros to handle blue chip key clients and supervise overall campaigns across traditional branding, digital and video production. You will be one of the main points of contact with client(s) on all through-the-line marketing and branding matters, while liaising with external vendors and production houses to make sure on-time delivery of qualify services/end products. When it is required, you will help identify potential new business opportunities from the existing clients, dormant clients, and new clients
Are you right?
Yes if you got a Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related subject with at least 5-7 years relevant working experience from an agency setup, ideally a 4As or an international branding, marketing or advertising agency.
You should have excellent understanding of print and video production as well as digital marketing and media
You must bring with you excellent client-facing skills, with proven experience in managing blue chip clients.
Excellent English, and fluent Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) written and oral communication skills is essential. China or overseas working experience in one or more of the APAC countries highly preferred but required.
