Sr Account Manager

Opportunity to join a growing digital agency in an environment that offers an impressive client portfolio and service offering..

Currently they are looking for a Sr Account Manager who comes from a media agency background, has digital experience and a good understanding of across all channels but most importantly SEM, SEO, & Web Dev.

Responsibilities include:

¥ Help grow the business working with the Sales and Client Directors
¥ Build and monitor digital marketing campaigns of client accounts
¥ Understanding and communicating client marketing direction and objectives.
¥ Upsell and cross sell products
¥ Managing work flow of client deliverables and campaigns
¥ Assist in pre-sales and participate in proposal development.
¥ Compile weekly and monthly account reports and communicating to clients
¥ Provide input and support to the Business Development team
¥ Communicate to key stakeholders any project deliverables, goals, milestones
¥ Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
¥ Manage all parties involved to meet scope, budget, timeline and quality

Experience Required:

¥ Minimum 3+ years experience in digital/online account management.
¥ Preferably experienced in SEM & SEO account management
¥ Good presentation skills and strong Power Point knowledge.
¥ Good communication and organisation skills
¥ Strong relationship building skills
¥ Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills with an entrepreneurial approach to campaign execution
¥ Google Analytics and AdWords certification is a GREAT bonus
