Senior Designer / Design DirectorA leading Creative Studio is on the lookout for an exceptional Design Director or Senior Designer with strong branding experience to join their Melbourne team.
As a hands-on designer with superb conceptual ability, you will be working on brand identity driven campaigns for a mix of clients across the property, retail, events, tourism, hospitality, fashion and corporate space.
A large aspect of your work will be highly strategic developing concept driven brand campaigns that resonate with consumers to solve business problems. The company focuses on developing long term business relationships and really partnering with their clients not just to create design but to deliver design lead and visual solutions.
This role is suited to someone who wants to innovate and push the boundaries with their work, while delivering commercial outcomes. You will work with a management team who believes in a flat structure and will empower and support you to develop.
You will have 6+ years experience designing highly strategic branding projects in line with achieving client objectives and business outcomes. You will have a brand led mindset that will be showcased through the work in your folio. It is essential your folio includes case studies, working concept development and your strategic approach not just finished design.
Ideally you will have experience managing teams, or are looking to step up with some level of leadership in your current role.
