Programmatic Sales Manager

Join a growing international mar-tech start-up with exciting prospects in the APAC region and a great track record overseas. Our client is looking for a sales-hungry, entrepreneurial-minded, Programmatic Sales Manager.

This business specialises in a creating a unique affiliate marketing model targeting a large exclusive verified audience of students and millennials across the world. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator and natural business builder who is ready to take on a challenge and drive sales across both existing clientele and new frontiers and multiple verticals. You will have proven experience bringing new products and solutions to market. This is a huge opportunity to be part of a global pioneering project, with very exciting potential and growth.

Responsibilities:
-Build a pipeline, present, and pitch across the direct and agency landscape comprised of every brand and company in your region that can benefit from targeting students.
-Work closely with the campaign management team and know how to effectively upsell clients by defining success measures and ensuring you deliver to these success measures.
-Provide strategic support to the Accounts team, helping them upsell and close programmatic deals with existing partners.
-Serve as the specialist in your region and the first point of support and contact for all things programmatic

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of programmatic sales experience in a major global media agency, trading desk, or Ad-Tech DSP or SSP.
- Expert knowledge of the global programmatic landscape and local networks including ad exchanges, ad networks, DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, Agency Trading Desks
- Extremely confident, highly analytical, and able to communicate very technical things simply
- Outstanding problem solving and relationship management skills
- High-energy, driven, ambitious and dynamic personality
- Ability to operate autonomously and across multiple time zones
- Proven track-record of selling large scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms to senior C-suite stakeholders to both direct brand and agencies
- High level of experience with Facebook Custom Audiences, Adwords, GDN, Youtube and multiple programmatic platforms
- Experience in bringing new digital ad solutions to market, building and closing out a pipeline from the ground up will be highly regarded
