PA Assistant/Office Manager

A Luxury Property Development practice based in Melbourne is on the hunt for an experienced Office Manager and Receptionist to join their team

In this exciting role, you will posses a high degree of initiative, an eagle eye for detail and the ability to multi-task like a pro and still produce the highest quality of work. You will have previous front of house and admin experience to come in and hit the ground running.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager your day to day admin tasks vary from:
- management of all office operations
- reception duties and meeting and greeting clients
- providing high level of unsupervised all-round admin support to a Director
- diary management of 2 Directors
- contribution to implementing admin systems in place
- event co-ordination
- occasional assistance display suits, styling and photoshoots & liaising and meeting with media suppliers

A pro-active approach will see the successful candidate become fully involved in this business. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 2 years office administration experience looking to make a side-ways step to join or further their exposure in the property development sector. A background in Project Management or Branding Agency will also be preferred as naturally such environments equip one to be highly organised and take initiative which is absolutely vital to succeed in this role. You will know how to change communication tones when speaking to different stakeholders & willing to immerse yourself in learning about every part of this high-profile business.
