Marketing Media Manager - FMCGWe are searching for a senior Media Manager/Director with both traditional and digital channel knowledge, big FMCG brand experience, who has a very strong commercial acumen and preferably comes from a mixed client-side and agency background.
This role sits client-side at a marketing leadership level within a major global FMCG player and will be the key contact in liaising with local media agencies and publishers on the planning and buying of all campaigns - TV, print, digital, paid search and social.
You will lead and develop integrated media strategies and innovation plans for the brand and multiple sub-brands across ANZ; ensuring media spend efficiency and effectiveness.
•5-10 years’ experience in integrated media, (online and offline, paid and earned) strategy, planning, and buying for FMCG brands, either agency or in-house
•Very analytical and financially driven, you will be liaising with several internal and external stakeholders, budgets, and very tight margins, and responsible for a large P&L
•Focus on consumer driven growth and creating media and brand strategies based on data driven consumer media insights
•Great client/agency management skills with the ability to consult to and strategically develop strategy together
•Good team management and leadership skills with exposure and ability to supervise campaigns across all channels
•Great knowledge of the media and marketing landscape in ANZ, with strong connections with major agencies and publishers
•Innovative, analytical, driven and good problem solver
