Digital Marketing Performance ManagerStartup within the Financial services sector is seeking a technically proficient Digital Marketing Performance Manager to set up, optimise and manage their Digital campaigns.
Working in a small but growing Marketing team and reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, you would report work with Content, Brand and Data specialists. This role does require someone with a strategic mind, with experience managing large digital campaigns and that can also be very hands on in setting up Google Adwords campaigns and Google Analytics.
PPC, Social, email and retargeting experience would be part of the everyday and the perfect person will be strong in all categories to ensure the best results for click through, cost per customer and reduced bounce rates.
This role would be best suited to a Digital Media addict, someone who wants the control of managing campaigns themselves, being a leader in the strategic thinking, set up a campaign and also analyse data to identify failures and successes and new opportunities.
To be considered, you must have:
- At least 3 years experience in similar roles within Digital Media agencies or Digital Marketing Departments
- Strong Google Adwords and Analytics skills and experience
- Paid media campaign experience across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing and Display
- Experience managing large budgets of at least $250k
