Design Director - DigitalA new role within a global creative agency which oversees the output of their Digital Design work through the agency. This is a visual role but also requires someone with solid experience in UX processes and able to make informed recommendations on best technologies available for each campaign touch points.
The ideal person is a Digital Art Director, Design Director or Design lead that is and wants to be conceptual as well as lead and manage a team to inspire top creative output on every brief. You will also be a strong and willing teacher, improving the knowledge and capabilities of the designers in your team as well as the broader agency.
This is more UI than UX but you should be capable of rapid UX design so even the smallest site has been given proper attention to the user experience and isn’t just pretty to look at.
The role is also client facing, you’ll work with the ECD and broader leadership team on pitches and improve the agencies digital presence in the market.
