Creative Group HeadPyrmont based creative agency is looking for a Creative Group Head to join their team in this newly created unique role. The role is positioned to support the Directors/Creative Directors and lead the creative team whilst being hands on in busy periods. In this role you will be client facing and work closely with the Creative Directors to develop the creative ideas and scope of client briefs, using your knowledge of industry trends and developing technology.
The ideal person could come from either an art direction or copy led role, being a hybrid across both areas a strategic thinker will see you developing the idea, challenging the norm and creating engaging and exciting work. It is important that you have the ability to creatively interpret client requirements, have a strong understanding of the target audience, deliver powerful ideas and strategic solutions across print, digital, video and events and activations.
The ideal candidate will have management experience and at least 6 years of art direction/copywriting experience. Your portfolio should show a range of work across print, digital and video. Previous experience working on blue chip/B2B clients will be highly regarded.
