Business Development Manager

A strategic agency specialising in Data Visualisation with an impressive list of high profile international clients are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to increase their engagement with existing clients and open doors for new clients and sectors. With a first class product offering and opportunity to expand into Strategic Consulting, this is a great gig for someone who is excited about Data Visualisation, Lead Generation or the Digital Market in general.

Due to the extensive success the company had in the Australian and international market, the role is not fundamentally dedicated to new business but also to nurturing the existing clients on how to best use their partner platforms.

Attitude and a genuine interest in the industry will go a long way in finding the right person for this role, you’ll be supporting a passionate and enthusiastic Managing Director with really impressive international experience. You’ll have a great mentor and be part of a very down to earth and collaborative team. Aggressive and pushy sales people aren’t the right fit here, you will work to achievable targets, great commission structure (uncapped) with little to no restrictions around what clients you can approach - any industry, State, even Country are free to be contacted - and with a great product, it’s not a hard sell either.

This is a strategic consulting role that's all about understanding lead generation & top player platforms rather than your hard cold call sales job because naturally you should have a relationship building approach to sales. 

A solid understanding of inbound marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Microsoft or Adobe is a must as well previous experience working in a Digital agency (media, advertising or marketing) or consultancy.

We are looking for a person that builds great relationships with clients and knows the value of keeping these for the long term, the right candidate will not be interested in solely selling the product and its values, but will truly understand the clients needs so that you can also adapt your role to consulting with the clients in their needs in building a valued software.
