As NSW Business Development Manager you will help shape and grow the brand and product by creating solid partnerships and finding new markets. You will be a highly skilled communicator and negotiator translating the truly unique experience, honest imagery, and art that this company produces.
Reporting into the national Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be chiefly accountable for new channel development, strategic partnerships, and account management that ultimately drive sales revenue.
-Run end to end sales; from market mapping, lead generation, prospecting, presenting, pitching, closing and account management in order to develop new business channel partners for the brand and product.
-Communicate the company brand and product line by generating interest and engagement, and assisting in additional marketing activities
-Attend networking functions to build relationships and source new customers
-Research and test new strategic initiatives and develop a “go-to” market plan and tools in conjunction with the marketing team.
-Drive partner engagement by creating a strategic loyalty plan.
-Regularly report to the business on sales, revenue, conversion, risks and viability data in a clear and concise format for management.
-Effectively manage client relationships, engagement and feedback.
-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by creating leads to deliver revenue.
-Partner closely with national Marketing, Sales and Production departments to achieve operational and customer success.
Work closely with account managers to ensure consistency for clients and partners.
-Identify opportunities to grow and extend partnerships.
-Assist in scheduling photographers for events and launches of partners.
-Over 3+ years new business development experience coming from a creative agency, artistic or retail environment.
-A passion for photography, art, design and all things creative.
-Extremely high level communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with a knack for networking and building relationships with a plethora of people.
-Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active, and autonomous work style.
-Responsible, professional, persevering, ambitious, and organised.
