Associate Producer - Events & Experiential

A successful independent Communications and Strategy Activation agency near CBD is looking for a Associate Producer to join their collaborative and creative delivery team

You will be joining a vibrant and highly strategic agency, renowned for their innovative campaigns and high-profile client list, with a key focus on activation, internal communications, B2B employee engagement and loyalty programs.

This agency uses engaging communications to work with Australia’s biggest brands to connect, inform and reward their partners, consumers and employees. You will be the one behind making such engagement and interactions happen.

Reporting the Senior Producer, you will be a gun of an assistant in brining client’s strategies to life in such forms as experiential activations, stand builds, roadshows, internal communications and video content. Being a superb planner, you will develop and manage budgets, suppliers relationships and critical paths in a timely manner.

You have gained considerable experience as as a Production or Communications co-ordinator facilitating live events and brand activation and have confidence in every aspect of project delivery from budget & resource planning right through to co-ordinating live events on-site. You must be able to negotiate and build relationship with suppliers as well as posses the adaptable ability to jump between different project outputs and changes.

This is an amazing opportunity for a junior producer with background in events and brand activation looking to work alongside a creative bunch for a vast high profile brands. Ideally you have gained experience at an Experiential Marketing agency or in a Communications role client side.
