Account ManagerLeading full service agency is looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join their very busy team.
This fantastic agency is known for a very strong portfolio of clients in the areas of Retail, Automotive and Property from branding to campaign rollout through print, digital and social channels.
Reporting to General Manager and Group Account Director, you will be the main point of contact for a range of clients with a strong focus on one account within the retail space. Having a profound knowledge of your clients’ space and their competition, you will be able to built rapport and realise your clients Marketing needs.
You will take active part in planning of marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring they meet budgets and briefs, and you will present those proposals to clients.
You will generate briefs and ensure their implementation. You will be in charge of delegating jobs throughout the studio, estimating quotes, and invoicing, as well as daily ad-hoc office duties and maintenance. Being a retail client, this will be a fast pace with tight turnarounds on briefs, requiring someone who can keep up and deliver but also push back on unrealistic demands when required.
Having a strong knowledge of all aspects of the production process, you will liaise with suppliers and media agencies, to fulfil any needs.
You will have at least 2 years of account service experience in an advertising agency and with some experience with clients in the retail sector. Strong understanding of digital production and familiarity with media and social media channels would be highly regarded.
